This an appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in favor of Billy Allen Stamps and Lillian Burnett, et al, against Producers Chemical Company. Billy Allen Stamps recovered judgment for $56,918.50. A. H. Burnett had originally filed suit against Producers Chemical Company but died before the trial of his case.
