Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Herman McCoy, appeal from a judgment dismissing their suit for fire damages against Pacific Coast Fire Insurance Company, their fire insurer, American Employers' Insurance Company, the insurer's deposit bondsman, and Montaldo Insurance Agency, Inc., the insurer's agent who sold plaintiffs their fire insurance policy.
