SAVOY, Judge.

Plaintiff expropriated from the defendant landowner a pipe line right-of-way of .31 acres.

The instant suit is a companion to and is consolidated with the case of The Texas Pipe Line Company v. Ollie Langlinais, 168 So.2d 377, decided by us this date.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the lower court is amended so as to allow severance damages totalling $669.47, and as amended, is affirmed...
