This is an action in tort wherein plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained on November 5, 1959, in an intersectional collision at Mc-Neil and Texas Streets in the City of Shreveport. Involved were a Ford truck owned by R. J. Linco, operated at the time by plaintiff, Linco's employee, and a Ford automobile owned and operated by defendant Willie Lee Hall and insured by the defendant Maryland Casualty Company.
