Defendant appeals from a decision of the court, sitting without a jury finding that he is the father of plaintiff's child, under the Paternity Act.

Defendant contends he was denied his right to a trial by jury; that the court erred in admitting and considering a polygraph report and that the evidence did not support the finding.
