On January 11, 1952, the individual appellants, Rednor and Kline, trading as Rednor & Kline, were the owners of a 30-acre tract of land in Falls Township, Bucks County. On that day, the Department of Highways condemned for the construction of a new highway, approximately 3 1/4 acres out of the owners' total 30-acre property.
