The defendant, Paul Goffman, was convicted of robbery after a trial before a judge of the criminal court of Cook County and was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for not less than one year nor more than 20 years. On this writ of error his sole contention is that his conviction must be reversed because he was twice placed in jeopardy...
