This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, (42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g)) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the act on or before September 30, 1958, when he last met the earnings requirement and continuing to the date of filing his disability application...
