Plaintiff in this suit, Donald Woodham, seeks a judgment for workmen's compensation benefits under both the Louisiana and the Mississippi workmen's compensation laws, because of a disabling injury which he allegedly sustained while working for Associated Pipeline Contractors, Inc., in Grenada, Mississippi.
