Defendant in this criminal action is charged with a violation of two provisions of the United States Code, 26 U.S. C. §§ 4705(a), 4704(a), in connection with the sale of narcotic drugs on May 26, 1963. Although defendant concedes he sold the drugs to the undercover agent of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, he contends that the evidence in the Government's case shows as a matter of law that he was entrapped by said agent into securing...
