This is a case where the employer, in agreement with the insurer, made a workmen's compensation insurance policy applicable to its executives. The appellee was vice president in charge of drilling and drilling superintendent for Henderson Drilling Company. He was injured when he fell out of a tree while he was on a deer hunt and it is undisputed that his injuries resulted in total permanent disability...
