This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the circuit court in favor of the defendant which is based upon a jury's verdict also in the defendant's favor. The action out of which the judgment arose had its inception in a collision that occurred October 5, 1962, between an automobile driven by one Mrs. Inga Holmes and a farm combine owned and operated by the defendant.
