This is an action under article 15 of the Real Property Law to quiet title to a strip of land 30 feet wide, running across Lot 17 through Lot 23 of the Forest Lawn Subdivision, which is on the southerly shore of Lake Ontario, in the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York.
