On report. This complaint seeks a declaratory judgment in effect interpreting the provisions of R.S. Ch. 41, Sec. 15 as amended. The facts are not in dispute. The School Directors of the plaintiff School Administrative District No. 17 legally designated a parcel of land for school purposes.
