This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment maintaining exceptions of no cause or right of action and dismissing his suit.

Plaintiff was injured while working for the City of New Orleans in its maintenance garage. As conceded by counsel, he received full benefits for those injuries under the Workmen's Compensation Act.
