Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission denying compensation to dependents of a deceased employee.

The petition was filed by Sylvia Jensen, widow of George F. Jensen, for herself and a dependent child. Mr. Jensen had been employed in the fire department of the city of Duluth, Minnesota, since 1917. He had been a firefighter during all of those years, working 24 hours on and 24 hours off.
