The only issue involved on the instant appeal is whether there was a violation of the safe-place statute. The record reveals the following facts. On November 16, 1959, appellant Justin Paaske was employed as a mason by the Hackett Construction Company, and was working on the premises of the respondent Perfex Corporation in the city of Milwaukee.
