The plaintiff, Paul Naso, appellant herein, commenced action in the Court of Common Pleas, alleging breach of warranty in that the defendants, Jennings M. Daniels and Ethel E. Daniels, appellees herein, had conveyed to him by deed of general warranty three platted lots "together with the east half (½) of the vacated alley lying west of said lots" and that after such conveyance the plaintiff was denied possession of the described portion of the vacated...
