This is an appeal by the defendant from the judgments entered in the Municipal Court of Chicago in two cases wherein the defendant was found guilty of having violated chapter 192-9 of the Municipal Code of Chicago. Defendant waived a jury in both cases and was fined $200 and $10 costs in 62 MC 131232, and $50 and $10 costs in 62 MC 131231. The defendant was charged...
