This is a suit for personal injuries and property damages resulting from a collision between a pick-up truck, owned by the defendant corporation and driven by its employee, the other defendant, in the course and scope of his employment, and an automobile owned and driven by the plaintiff. Defendants have appealed from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the total amount of $1,749.10.
