This is a petition for dependency benefits brought by the widow of a compensabley injured employee pursuant to G.L.1956, § 28-33-12, of the workmen's compensation act. It is before us on the petitioner's appeal from a final decree of the workmen's compensation commission affirming adecree entered by a single commissioner denying and dismissing her petition.
