Plaintiff herein, Norman R. Foster, has taken this appeal from the judgment rendered adversely to him by the trial court in favor of defendant, Hannon E. Stewart, as plaintiff in reconvention, in the sum of $1,460.75 and also appeals the judgment against him in the sum of $350.00 in favor of LaRue Blackwell, a third party called as a witness by defendant Stewart.
