In this action appellant, Oscar P. Kasten, seeks to contest the election of respondent, Ora N. Guth, to the office of county superintendent of public schools at the school election held on April 2, 1963. The circuit court sustained respondent's motion to dismiss the notice of election contest filed by appellant. Contestant has duly appealed from that judgment. We have jurisdiction because the case involves the title to an "office under this state."...
