This is an action by appellants, husband and wife, to recover payments totaling $14,350 which they claim to have made on a contract to purchase a farm from respondents. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found that the payments were made as rental under a lease with option to purchase and that, by the terms of the lease, the appellants were not entitled to the return of the payments which they made.
