This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court dismissing an appeal taken to that court from "Hawaii Aeronautics Commission Resolution No. 60-07 awarding contract for food and beverage concession at the Honolulu International Airport terminal facilities to Interstate Hosts, Inc."
