This is a bill in equity for the construction of an indenture of trust entered into by W. Dorothea Bradburn with the Industrial National Bank of Providence and Clayton D. Sheldon as trustees. When the cause was ready for hearing for final decree in the superior court it was certified to this court for our determination pursuant to G.L. 1956, § 9-24-28.
