Defendant stands indicted for burglary, third degree (11 Del.C. § 394, as amended), in that he did feloniously break and enter the dwelling house of Alfred Longobardi of Minquadale, with intent to commit larceny therein. Longobardi's home is at 24 Erie Avenue, Minquadale; defendant's home is at 17 Erie Avenue, Minquadale.
