This is a tort action for personal injuries received by Mrs. Virginia Soprano in an automobile collision. She instituted suit directly against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the liability insurer of the automobile in which she was riding which was owned and driven by her husband, Anthony Soprano. State Farm Mutual answered and denied the negligence of Anthony Soprano, pleading the negligence of one Davis, the driver of the other...
