This action was commenced by the filing of the complaint in the office of the Clerk of this Court on May 16, 1962 by Ruth Wright Gregg, Administratrix of the Estate of Cherlyn Wright, deceased, as plaintiff, against Connie B. Coleman and United States of America as defendants under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346[b]1 and 2671 et seq.
