This is a personal injury action, in which the jury returned a $75,000 verdict against defendant S.N. Nielsen Company, and a not guilty verdict for defendant Gateway Erectors, Inc. Nielsen's counterclaim against Gateway had been severed from the trial of plaintiff's case, and on the basis of the jury verdict in plaintiff's case, the trial court entered...
