The plaintiffs brought this action for a declaratory judgment to determine whether a certain ordinance adopted by the defendant town is constitutional as applied to the plaintiffs' land. The court rendered judgment declaring the ordinance unconstitutional and issued an injunction restraining the defendants from enforcing the ordinance against the plaintiffs.
