JENNINGS, Justice.

Randolph Michaels was tried and convicted by a jury of the crime of robbery. On this appeal his main contention is that the trial court erred in failing to direct his acquittal sua sponte at the close of the state's case, on the ground that there was insufficient corroboration of the accomplices' testimony.
