The assignments of error here are based upon the trial court's refusal to award custody of a child to its mother and upon its declaration as valid of the portion of a prior judgment relieving the father of alimony payments for the support of their three children.

These assignments of error grow out of three suits between Harriett MacKenna Northcutt and Thomas J. Northcutt in the Superior Court of Fulton County.
