GREEN, District Judge:

This is an action under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) to review a "final decision" of the defendant Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. Both parties have moved for summary judgment.

The question before the Court is whether plaintiff has met the special earnings requirements of the Social Security Act for purposes of establishing a period of disability or for disability insurance benefits...
