Johnson, instituted this suit against Leonard Kinchen, individually, and Leonard Kinchen Logging Co., Inc., a corporation, praying for judgment against said defendants, in solido, for workmen's compensation benefits in the sum of $35.00 per week, not exceeding 400 weeks, for alleged total permanent disability resulting from an accident sustained by petitioner who was engaged in hauling logs for defendant corporation.
