Respondent was admitted to the Bar in the First Department in 1950. Shortly after his admission he opened an office in Bronx County and he has conducted his practice continuously since then. For the years 1954-57 he was in partnership with another lawyer. The balance of the time he practiced alone. His practice, both as a member of the partnership and as a single practitioner, has been of a neighborhood...
