On August 13, 1962, petitioner, Metal Processors' Union Local No. 16, AFL-CIO (Union), filed with respondent, National Labor Relations Board, a charge of unfair labor practices against intervenor, Poray, Inc. (Company), in violation of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 61 STAT. 136 (1947). Appropriate proceedings were instituted, culminating in the Board's dismissal of the complaint.
