This is an action by Trilby Elizabeth Culpepper, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against A. Parker Neff, Clarence A. Neff, Jr., Lucy T. Neff and Will Thom Neff, to recover damages for personal injuries received by her as a result of the alleged negligence of defendants in the maintenance, operation and control of a stairway in a building owned by them.
