WHITTLE, Justice.

W. M. Richardson, trading as Richardson Furniture and Electric Company, sued Charles S. Hackett and Duffey-Mott Co., Inc., for damages to a truck owned by Richardson which was struck from the rear by a car driven by Hackett and owned by Duffey-Mott Co., Inc.
