This suit arose out of an automobile collision on a four lane highway known as the Athens By-Pass when the plaintiff Wilson drove upon the Highway from a private business parkway and was struck by the Pendergraph car. A judgment, based upon a jury verdict for defendants, dismissed the suit and plaintiff has appealed.
