The plaintiffs own property in Wrentham which is bounded on one side by a body of water known as Lake Pearl. This property will sometimes be referred to hereinafter as the Weinstein land. The defendant owns property adjoining the Weinstein land which is also bounded on one side by Lake Pearl.
