The appellants (defendants) were tried by a jury, found guilty and convicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida of unlawful possession, concealment and sale of non-tax-paid distilled spirits in violation of §§ 5205(a) (2) and 7206 (4) of Title 26 U.S.C.A.1
