The defendant appealed from a conviction on the charge contained in the indictment that he "... did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously sell, a narcotic, to wit: methadone, ..." The defendant was sentenced to state's prison, the term to be served concurrently with his uncompleted sentence on a previous conviction for possession of heroin; the defendant was charged with and admitted this prior conviction...
