This case involves an appeal by the plaintiffs from a summary judgment. An action at law was brought to recover $5,000, the face amount of a policy of insurance issued by defendant upon the life of an infant, Karen R. Pietruszynski. The court, on defendant's motion for summary judgment, supported by affidavits and on counter-affidavits of the plaintiffs, entered a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs...
