The plaintiff charges Socony Mobil Oil Company, Inc., and Mobil Oil Company "or Mobil Oil Corporation", with having cancelled a service station lease entered into with him on February 13, 1961 because of his refusal to cut the retail price of gasoline by 2¢ per gallon as suggested by defendant...
