This is an action by plaintiff to recover damages for an alleged fraud charged as having been perpetrated by defendants when they induced plaintiff through a certain representation, later learned to be false, to purchase a cow. The jury returned a verdict for actual damages in the sum of $1000 and punitive damages in the sum of $250. A remittitur of $250 was ordered by the trial court and accepted...
