This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when an automobile operated by him collided with a truck owned by the defendants C. Ed Johnson and Lorraine Johnson, and operated by their employee, Bernard L. Woods. Woods was killed by the collison, and this action is brought against the administrator of his estate and the owners of the truck. The jury returned a verdict...
