This is an action for damages arising out of personal injuries which the plaintiff sustained when the automobile which she was driving was struck by a truck owned and operated by the defendant. The defendant counter-claimed for damage to the truck. There was a verdict and judgment on the plaintiff's cause of action for the plaintiff in the sum of $7,500, and a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff on the defendant...
