PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged, tried and found guilty of the crime of false drawing and uttering of a check for $15, in violation of section 713.3, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is—
