The defendant, Jacquelin Fedele, was convicted in the Police Court of the City of Richmond on a warrant charging her with being a "person of ill fame, to wit: a night prowler," and on an appeal to the Hustings Court, after a hearing without a jury, the court found her guilty as charged in the warrant and required of her security in the sum of $300 for her good behavior for a period of twelve months, pursuant to § 19.1-20, Code of 1950, as amended...
